I've been guilty of waiting to the last possible minute to run out and buy a dress for Valentine's Day. It happens, life gets in the way, but this year shall be different. In prepping to shop for a dress I usually scour the web to find ideas and narrow down what type of dress I'm looking for. This time I thought I'd share with you some of my top picks for this year.
