Moving on to my other obsession for summer are these brighter than life neon pink shorts. Neon shorts are right on trend for the season but I had been a bit skeptical about picking up a pair because I didn't know what I would pair them with but I feel in love with this pair from Charlotte Russe and I couldn't resist. I eagerly got home and tried pairing it with different tops but this was by far my favorite combination. The soft minty green top contrasts the neon shorts so beautifully and makes it a fun & bright summer outfit. Pull out your favorite pastel and neon pieces and let the match making begin!
