Instagram + Summer Bikinis on a budget!

Hello Loves,

I recently got a new iphone and have been completely obsessing over Instagram (it's secretly one of the main reasons I wanted to switch over to the iphone). So I thought I would share some of the pictures I've snapped in the past couple of weeks. I've added a Instagram feed to the sidebar so check there for updates or follow me at username: estradajess.

The main reason for this blog post was actually to share these bright colored bathing suits I purchased recently all for under $50! I am now all set for playing on the beach and laying out by the pool this summer. 

The purple, red and neon pink on the top right hand corner are all from the OP line sold at Walmart. Each piece is only $6 dollars! I also have a plain black bathing suit from the OP line that I purchased about two years ago and till this day it is my go-to black bikini. It has held up very nicely so I can definitely attest for their quality and for the price I just couldn't resist picking up more colors for this season. It also comes in a bright yellow perfect for the neon trend for summer. 

The neon pink bikini on the bottom left hand corner is from H&M and each piece was only $5! Another steal. The store's selection of bathing suits is quite impressive but the fit just wasn't as flattering on me so I only ended picking up this one. I love that although it is a bandeau style bikini top it comes with detachable straps. My favorite part of this bikini are the gold details that give it just the right amount of glam. It will look great with a dangly pair of gold earrings for laying out by the pool. All bikinis should still be in stores so check out your local H&M and Walmart for some gorgeous and affordable bikinis! 

It had been over a year since I went hiking and it felt so good to get out there and with such a beautiful view from Runyon Canyon.

Baked these strawberry cupcakes with sprinkles on top the other day && they came out so yummy.

Sequin Mini Skirt

Currently obsessed with this sparkly gold and black mini skirt. It's a little too flashy for the daytime so I wore it on a girls night out as it gives the right touch of sparkle without being too over the top. The sheer black shirt also helps tone it down giving the look a great balance. Don't be afraid to sparkle at night! Best of all I scored it on sale at one of my new favorite stores Love Culture for only $6! There are always treasures to be found hidden on sales racks.

College Graduate

I want to start off by apologizing for the lack of posts the past couple months, (I feel like I say that in every post) but the last weeks of my last semester in college were extremely busy but alas, I can proudly say that I am completely done and have my degree! It’s such a bittersweet feeling. Knowing that I won’t roam those hallways everyday makes me a tad bit sad but the relief of not having constant homework assignments, papers, tests, deadlines and finals is such a huge weight off my shoulders. It goes without saying that walking across that stage was my proudest moment in the 22 years of my existence. I wanted to share some pictures of what I wore underneath my ever so stylish cap and gown ensemble.
